SEOPulse captures the five core engines from the live interface, exactly as a signed-out user in your market sees them, including citations and local results: ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, Google AI Overviews and Google AI Mode. All five are included on every plan. The Chinese LLM pack adds DeepSeek, Qwen, Kimi and ERNIE for $3 per prompt, queried through each model’s official API. Microsoft Copilot, Claude, Muse, Grok, Naver and Doubao are among the engines on our roadmap, with no release dates yet.
Every day. Each run asks every tracked prompt on every engine you track and stores the full answers, so you can compare results over time. Large Custom plans can run weekly instead. The technical audit runs separately, every Monday.
Yes. SEOPulse suggests prompts during setup, and you can edit them, add your own, or upload up to 500 at once from an .xlsx or .csv file with three columns: Prompt, Category and Intent. Plans include 25 prompts on Starter, 100 on Pro and 250 on Agency, shared across all your workspaces and markets. Each prompt counts once for every market you track it in.
There’s no limit on any plan. Each brand workspace has one competitor list, and you can add, edit or remove competitors at any time. SEOPulse also shows every other brand AI names in your answers, so you can spot competitors you didn’t know about.
Yes, with no limit on either. A brand workspace holds every market and language you track for that brand, so you can track Hong Kong in Traditional Chinese and Singapore in English side by side, and switch between them with the market filter on your dashboard. Plans limit prompts, not markets. Each prompt counts once for every market you track it in, so the same 20 questions in the US and Hong Kong use 40 prompts. You only need another workspace for another brand: Starter includes 1, Pro 3, Agency 10, and Custom plans are unlimited.
Monitoring tracks where AI mentions and cites you over time. A Deep Dive is a one-off report on the prompts you choose: it pulls every page AI cited, shows the headings, keywords, tables and schema those pages use, explains what competitors cover that you don’t, rates how realistic each gap is to win, and recommends changes to your own pages. Deep Dives cost $2 per prompt on any plan, and re-running one is billed again.
The technical audit checks your own domain’s pages every week for anything that stops AI engines reading them: AI crawler access such as GPTBot and PerplexityBot, robots.txt and llms.txt, JSON-LD schema, pages that only show content after JavaScript runs, and answer-first headings. It gives each page an extraction score and a fix list ranked by impact. It covers 100 pages on Pro and 250 on Agency, and isn’t included on Starter.
Yes. Open any prompt to read each engine’s full answer, the brands it named, the pages it cited and the main keywords, tagged. Citations are split into four groups: your own pages, competitors’ pages, third-party sites and social platforms, so you can see which publishers AI relies on in your category.
Yes, on every plan. For each answer, SEOPulse records how the AI engine describes your brand, alongside your visibility score, share of voice and citations.
A rank tracker shows where a page ranks in a list of links. SEOPulse shows what happens inside the AI answer itself: whether your brand is named, whether your site is cited, which competitors are recommended instead and which sources AI trusts, by engine, market and language. It then turns each gap into a Deep Dive brief. Most teams use both, a rank tracker for search positions and SEOPulse for AI answers.
